Our mission at Jayzow is to provide organisations with innovative, highly practical and effective solutions to continually support the development of their people to be the best they can be

Jayzow limited is a technology company based near Camberley in the United Kingdom and was formed by Carl Baker to design, develop, provide and support the on-line Inspire personal development management software.

We are a small growing business and would be happy to talk to potential investors, partners and agents.

Jayzow benefits from the relevant business management, B2B software sales and coaching experience that Carl Baker has acquired over his 30 year career. During this time Carl Baker has held executive board level positions at several technology companies, including 12 years at Misys. Carl has also launched two other start-up businesses, the first when he was 20 years old selling some of the first PC’s to organisations in the UK. The second supplied bespoke data mining software to the Insurance industry, this company was eventually sold to CSC which Carl then joined as a divisional director. Carl spent the last 5 years prior to the launch of Jayzow as a successful coach, delivering his own highly practical paper based coaching system to local government, SME’s and corporate companies such as Citi, Aviva and GSK.
